Overview

Our client, are looking to recruit an experienced and talented Business Analyst on a 12 month contract. Reporting to the Business Transformation Manager you will be responsible for providing business analysis across a number business transformation projects.

Responsibilities:
• Ensuring business end to end process documents and operational guides are updated in preparation for business change
• Identifying areas of improvement within the process to improve control
• Ensuring that all business users are effectively trained on new business process, to effectively integrate the new processes
• Adherence to internal process and risk frameworks
• Monitoring and reporting of business improvement implementation progress
• Delivery of improvement plans on time and within budget.

The Candidate:
• Experience Energy or Retail Industry, preferably B2B markets.
• Must have experience of identifying and implementing business improvements
• The ability to influence and motivate.
• Proven ability to organise and produce work to tight deadlines
• Experience of system specification, testing, training and implementation
