Overview

We are delighted to be working with our successfully growing client to find an experienced Finance Manager to provide timely and accurate financial and operational management. Responsibilities will include:

  • Provision, analysis and interpretation of financial information
  • Preparation and delivery of budgets and forecasts
  • Recommending areas of improvement and focus
  • Maintenance of financial control
  • Provision of reports and management information including variance analysis
  • Compliance adherence, supporting internal and external audits
  • Build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships
  • Managing and motivating a small team
  • Ad hoc projects where required.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Fully or Part-Qualified Accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
  • Experienced Finance Manager with relevant, up-to-date finance management expertise in line with the above responsibilities
  • IT confident with excellent MS Excel skills
  • Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with non-finance managers
  • Excellent at building and maintaining strong working relationships
  • People management skills are desirable but not essential however you must be able to inspire and motivate others to develop and succeed.
