Overview
My client, who is experiencing a period of exceptional growth, is keen to appoint a talented ACA qualified accountant into a newly created role.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be a senior member of the finance team, responsible for the financial reporting of the group.
Responsibilities will include:
- Production of board packs, group management accounts, shareholder reporting, group annual report and subsidiary financial statements
- To build strong relationships with senior stakeholders in the business to continue to develop reporting to ensure that it provides insight
- Strengthening control framework
- Consolidation
- Lease accounting
- Strengthening control framework
- Acquisition accounting
Skills Required:
- Role will suit a Top 4 or Top 10 trained ACA Qualified Accountant with a robust technical knowledge of IFRS
- You will have experience of working with listed businesses
- A self-starter with the ability to clearly articulate issues, challenges and approach to resolution
- Proactive approach to developing the financial controls of the business
