Reporting to the CEO and Owner, you will be the number 2 on site, taking the lead on all the Finance and Operations of the business. This is a start-up FMCG manufacturer and you will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the Finance Team, IT, HR and General Administration of the site.
You will be a suitably qualified finance professional (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with a commercial and operational slant. The business owner is an excellent mentor, with an enviable track record of growing businesses and developing individuals. This is an excellent opportunity for a Finance Leader to become an Operations Leader within a fast moving manufacturing environment. This is a challenging but rewarding role, not for the faint hearted, but for those with an entrepreneurial spirit, who are looking to expand their knowledge base.
