My client is looking to appoint an IT Service Desk Analyst initially for a 6 months contract.  My client is ideally looking for someone who has previous experience coordinating a small IT service desk.
Technical Skills:
  • Extensive 1st and 2nd Line Support Experience including using Service Desk Management tools.
  • ITIL Environment
  • Excellent Communicator both written and verbal
  • Excellent Telephone manner
  • Active Directory administration experience
  • Office 365 administration experience
  • Windows XP to Windows 10 Skills
  • Mobile Device Administration Android \ Apple \ Windows
  • Network TCP\IP fundamentals
  • Image building and deployment – Windows Deployment Service – Microsoft Deployment Toolkit
The Individual:
  • ITIL Service Desk background working at levels 1st, 2nd line within a MS Windows environment.
  • Dynamic and adaptable
  • Quick learner with experience of working in a process driven environment.
  • Good communication
