Overview

We are helping our Leeds based client to find an experienced and ambitious management accountant to join their successful team. This fast-paced role offers study support and will include:

  • Assisting with monthly management accounts
  • Ensuring accurate records are maintained
  • Timely and accurate processing of financial information
  • Profit and loss analysis
  • Variance analysis to budgets
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Cash analysis
  • Monthly ledger maintenance and review
  • Dealing with queries
  • Assisting with administrative tasks where required.

The successful candidate will be an experienced assistant management accountant with the following additional skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Ideally AAT qualified or ACCA/CIMA part-qualified with existing experience in management accounting – QBE’s will be considered
  • Motivated in approach, willing and keen to learn and develop
  • Excellent communicator at all levels
  • Flexible working style, happy to adapt to change where required
  • Fantastic team player with a positive attitude
  • Accurate and fast-paced in approach with high standards in work quality
  • Good customer service skills, excellent in dealing with clients
  • IT confident with excellent MS Excel skills.
