Synergem Recruitment is working exclusively with our partner to recruit a Vice President of Finance for an international business with headquarters in York.
Our partner is an international leader in their field, working within a fast paced industry with a well renowned customer base.
You will be responsible for leading the international finance function, driving the commercial decision making across the business. You will design the future direction for the function ensuring it provides world class support for the wider business.
Commercially astute with the ability to create a vision and more importantly, have the ability and desire to successfully deliver that vision.
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering a world class international finance function
- Driving improvements in process and delivery
- Creating a strong commercially aware culture within finance
- Leading change within a fast paced and demanding environment
- Supporting all M&A activity
- Ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of all financial reporting
- Leading the global finance team
You will be:
- Passionate with a desire to deliver positive change within finance
- Happy working within a fast paced demanding environment
- Ideally experienced working within an international organisation
- Qualified accountant
- Able to demonstrate previous success of delivering of positive change
