My client, based in Leeds is recruiting for a Accounts Assitant with strong Excel skills.  The role has a strong analysis focus and would suit someone wishing to develop a career in this area.  Initially a 6 month contract there is a strong possibility that the position will become permanent.
The Role:
  • Excellent computer skills particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to reconcile balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Ability to Reconcile Payments to the invoices.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ensure payments are made in timely manner for all overdue invoices.
  • Dealing with internal and external queries.
  • Experience in Oracle would be desirable but isn’t a must.
  • Experience in Credit control would be desirable but isn’t a must.
  • Good Telephone manner.
