My client, based in Leeds is recruiting for a Accounts Assitant with strong Excel skills. The role has a strong analysis focus and would suit someone wishing to develop a career in this area. Initially a 6 month contract there is a strong possibility that the position will become permanent.
- Excellent computer skills particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to reconcile balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ability to Reconcile Payments to the invoices.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ensure payments are made in timely manner for all overdue invoices.
- Dealing with internal and external queries.
- Experience in Oracle would be desirable but isn’t a must.
- Experience in Credit control would be desirable but isn’t a must.
- Good Telephone manner.
