Overview

I am recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced business support administrator to join a fast paced, friendly recruitment business.  You will be working as part of a small team, taking responsibility for the general administration, candidate compliance and assisting with resourcing for the organisation.

Reporting to the directors, responsibilities will include:

  • CRM database management
  • Compliance control
  • Managing the advertisements and job board accounts
  • Sourcing candidates and speaking with candidates regarding opportunities
  • Managing the company website
  • Payroll Administration
  • Invoicing and credit control
  • Assisting consultants with ad-hoc tasks

The role would suit an experienced administrator, with strong organisation and IT skills, particularly use of Microsoft Word and CRM databases.

You will have excellent customer service skills and a confident telephone matter, with excellent attention to detail.  You will be self-motivated and a self-starter, with experience of working within a busy, professional office environment.  You will be personable, confident and a natural relationship builder.

Previous recruitment administration or resourcing experience would be advantageous, but is not essential for the role.

This role would suit an experienced administrator or someone interested in developing a career within recruitment.

The position could accommodate both part time and full time candidates and has the potential for flexible working.
