Overview

Our fast-moving, growing client is looking for an immediately available Purchase Ledger Clerk / Accounts Assistant to assist their team for a period of 3-6 months. Full-time or part-time hours will be considered for the right candidate. Responsibilities will include:

  • Full purchase ledger control – matching, batching, coding and inputting invoices
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Payment runs
  • Assisting with sales ledger.

This role will suit:

  • An experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk or Accounts Assistant who is immediately available for work and able to commute to the outskirts of Wetherby
  • Strong all-round purchase ledger skills are required including a well-organised approach
  • Accurate with a keen attention to detail
  • IT literate – willing and able to quickly learn new systems/software as required
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Helpful and positive approach.
