The Role:
- Lead and support a small Credit Control team
- Oversee timely debt collection and minimise credit risk
- Produce and analyse aged debt KPIs
- Manage buying group accounts, including EDI invoicing and resolving queries
- Monitor credit reports and approve credit limits
- Liaise with legal agents on escalated accounts
- Be the go-to contact for Sales Representatives
- Collaborate with the business’s Credit Insurer to maintain compliance
About You:
- Proven credit control experience, ideally in a supervisory role
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator and relationship builder
- Skilled in Excel; Sage 200 experience a plus
- Proactive, decisive, and solutions-focused
