Overview
We are partnering with a rapidly expanding regional business to recruit an experienced FP&A Manager. This is a newly created role, reporting directly to the Finance Director, with full ownership of financial planning, forecasting, and modelling across a multi-entity group.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant with strong FP&A expertise to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of a high-growth organisation.
The Role:
- Own the end-to-end forecasting process across P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- Build, refine, and maintain robust financial models across multiple entities
- Deliver scenario planning to support strategic decision-making at Board level
- Provide insightful analysis to senior stakeholders, ensuring forecasts and reporting
drive performance - Work closely with management accounting teams to align models with actual results
- Standardise reporting and improve FP&A processes across the group
The Person:
- Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) with 2+ years PQE
- Proven FP&A or financial modelling experience within a complex business
- Strong background in P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow forecasting and reporting
- Advanced Excel skills (macros not essential), with the ability to build and refine
complex models - Commercially astute, able to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong communicator, confident presenting to senior non-finance stakeholders
- Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to improve processes in a fast-paced environment
- Team management experience is not essential
The Benefits:
- Salary £55,000 – £65,000 depending on experience
