Overview

We are working with a dynamic professional services business based in central Harrogate who is looking to appoint a qualified accountant to take responsibility for the financial management of the company. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the role will be a hybrid of office- and remote-working and will include:

  • End-to-end financial management including but not limited to month end management accounting and year end statutory accounts production
  • Budgeting and reforecasting
  • Ensuring the business adheres to all relevant regulations
  • Provision of insightful commercial support and regular financial MI to the business.

The successful candidate will be:

  • A commercially experienced qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA or ACA)
  • Experienced in producing management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and FP&A
  • Highly experienced in MS Excel with exceptional attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic in approach, ambitious in outlook and eager to play a key role in supporting the business.
